About Kelly
You may find yourself feeling like life is happening to you, tired of having to be resilient, uncertain about what comes next, or sensing that something just isn’t right. My work is not simply about learning to cope with what’s difficult. Together, we explore what you most want for yourself, whether that’s greater ease, peace, joy, connection, or a stronger sense of agency in your life.
As someone who feels deeply and has often been called sensitive, I understand how emotions can be experienced not just through thoughts and words, but throughout the body. I’m interested in those quieter, embodied ways of knowing and in creating space to better understand what they may be telling you.
Through my experience with somatic practices like dance and yoga, as well as working with diverse communities, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the ways we may disconnect from our bodies as a way of staying safe. I strive to create a space that honors your whole humanity as we explore healing, reconnect with your authentic self, and move toward living more fully on your own terms.
