My Approach & Modalities
Healing isn't one-size-fits-all. Using NARM, CPT, and other evidence-based approaches, we can create the path that’s right for you.

NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model)
For complex trauma, childhood trauma, emotion regulation & anxiety
What if you're not broken and don't need to be fixed? Many of us learned to adapt to families and systems that didn't fully see us — becoming hyper-attuned to others, bracing for what might go wrong, or believing that being "perfect" is the price of being loved. These strategies once protected you. Now they may be standing in the way of what you actually want.
You might already know why you feel this way — but insight alone doesn't always create change. That's because our nervous system needs more than understanding to feel safe. Rather than digging through the past, NARM works in the here-and-now, gently exploring your present-moment experience — where real, lasting shifts become possible.
A Gentle, Somatic Approach to Healing
CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy)
For PTSD
If you've experienced violence, abuse, an accident, war, or another serious threat, you may feel stuck in survival mode — on edge, distant from people you love, or like a shell of who you used to be. This is your body still trying to protect you, even though the danger has passed. Often, the mind makes sense of trauma through beliefs like "it's not safe to trust anyone" or "bad things can happen anytime."
CPT gently examines the meaning you've made of what happened — keeping what still serves you, and adjusting what no longer does. Like NARM, it works in the present, where thoughts and emotions can actually shift, rather than requiring you to relive the past.
